You receive a clear recommended scope before work begins.

Step 2: Upload

Send whatever product information you currently have

Your team can upload CSV and spreadsheet files, supplier exports, product PDFs, images, product URLs, manufacturer links, existing product content, and supporting documents. There is no need to force everything into a perfect template first.

We protect your existing product structure

We map your information against the fields your business needs while protecting important identifiers such as SKUs, GTINs, MPNs and internal references.

We also confirm required output fields, content rules, tone of voice, category structures, naming conventions, channel requirements and approval responsibilities.

Products only move forward when the agreed checks have been completed.

Review progress through your portal

Your Epody portal gives you a clear view of products received, products being worked on, items awaiting information, products in quality review, completed products, overall project progress, comments and queries, and available downloads.

Your team can review examples and provide feedback without relying on long email chains.

Receive the finished information in the format you need
